I chose Swanes Group Realty because I know they are a family-run business, and I felt they would deal with the sale on a very personal basis. The sale of my parents' house was very poignant for me. It was my family home that had been built by my grandparents and in our family for 84 years, so I was going to be picky about who I would give the sale to.

Swanes Group went above and beyond what is required of realtors. They are truly 'Next Level'. We were in town from L.A. to look at properties for literally a day and a half. On a super tight schedule, to say the least. They threw together multiple properties in our sweet spot in a few hours and met us on Saturday evening (we finished looking at places by 9:30 pm). Who does that? No scheduling conflicts, no excuses. Just made it happen. Oh, they also squeezed in a beautiful condo for us to see the next day at 10:30 am in Sunny Isles Beach when we had a flight out of Miami at 1:30 pm. Long story short, they never gave up, and we closed on a condo in N. Miami Beach. When we arrived at our new digs, we were greeted with balloons, hugs, and champagne.
